Attendant Care |

Attendant Care employees
work in the personal residence of the person with developmental disabilities,
assisting in a variety of daily living activities, including, personal hygiene,
maintaining a safe and sanitary home environment, and participation in community
activities. |

Day Treatment
and Training Services |
| |
Day Treatment and
Training Services employees provide training and therapeutic activities
to develop skills in independent living, self-care, communication, social
relationships and participation in community activities. |

Habilitation
Services |
| |
Habilitation employees
provide a variety of interventions such as habilitative therapies, special
developmental skills, behavior intervention and sensorimotor development.
Activities relate to routine household maintenance, personal, physical and
social needs. |

Housekeeping
Services |
| |
Housekeeping employees
do not work directly with the person with developmental disabilities but
rather perform basic routine household maintenance and meal preparation
tasks thereby providing the person with a sanitary and safe living condition. |

Respite Services |
| |
Respite employees
provide short-term care and supervision which provides relief to the caregivers.
Supervision is provided either in the home of the person with developmental
disabilities or the home of the employee, if certified. Respite may be provided
on a 24 hour basis. |

Employment Services |

Employment Services
employees provide training in the meaning, value and demands of work and
assistance and support in on-the-job worksites. |
